Chelsy Harris

Chelsy Harris serves as the Associate Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Vice President for Instructional Services at Pikes Peak State College. Formerly a teacher, high school coach and organization adviser, faculty supervisor, program administrator, and director overseeing career-technical education programs, Ms. Harris' current role connects secondary and postsecondary education.  Combining specialties in career-technical education and concurrent enrollment, Ms. Harris partners with more than 80 traditional, alternative, online, and early college high schools in the Pikes Peak region. Ms. Harris earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Education and Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska and Master’s of Education in Human Resource Development from Xavier University.  She is currently a doctoral candidate at the University of Nebraska, completing an Ed.D. in Higher Education Administration at the University of Nebraska.
