Teacher and Special Service Provider Induction Program
The Education reEnvisioned BOCES (ER BOCES) has a state-approved induction program to
support provisionally licensed educators new to teaching or new to Colorado. Any educator
within their first two years of teaching, with an initial Colorado license, must complete a
state-approved induction program to attain their professional license.
The ER BOCES induction program is a two-year program and is not only open to our school staff but any teacher in Colorado who wishes to pay for this service. We provide an induction program tailored for both online and brick-and-mortar teachers and special service providers. The program contains professional development and coursework, mentorship, observations, modeling, and overall support.
Program outcomes are designed to orient new and experienced educators with best-practice teaching strategies. Course work and support levels are determined by evaluating each individual's previous experiences and professional growth plans

One of the highlights of this Induction program is the leadership team that developed the induction program has proven success in both brick-and-mortar and online and blended learning. In addition, the program offers asynchronous professional development using Schoology and quality, experienced mentors for teachers and inductees to collaborate.
